About Me

My photo
Greetings and salutations. I'm Rachel, as "plain-Jane" as they come. I'm fresh out of highschool and ready to start a fresh beginning. I play video games like it's my job and I like to think I'm good at art. I dig music.. alot. I have an obsession with post-it notes and when there's a thunderstorm I sit in the bathroom. My socks have to match or I won't wear them and I can't sleep in my bed until it's made. I go to bars.. salad bars. Sometimes I just eat lettuce with dressing because it tickles my fancy.

Creamy.

Who says art can't taste good, too?
So, I recently got a job in a coffee shop and have discovered the different "fun" things you can do to coffee. Not so much coffee, but, lattes; latte art.
Hearts, stars, and goldfish! You name it, you can make it. It's pretty awesome! And while I'm at it, I'll just advertise for our shop. It's really great coffee and freshly made scones and muffins everyday. Check out City Dock Coffee! Cheers!

EtsyEtsyEtsyEtsyEtsy

After wandering the glorious interwebs, I browsed upon this site that has all handmade things for sale! I found it really interesting! There's truly some rad things on this site and everybody should check it out.. seriously.
I'm going to start having a question of the day or "daily poll," if you will in an attempt to get to know you guys better and maybe meet some friends! :) If it doesn't work out, well, hey, at least I tried! Post a reply in a comment!
Question: What is your favorite food?
My answer: Stir fry. (of most any kind)

Art or pornography?

I was searching around cnn.com while I baked a delicious chocolate cake and came acrossed an interesting video about a photographer shooting nude photos in an art museum. His subject (KC Neill) was then arrested and charged with public nudity and endangering the welfare of a minor.

YahoOooOoO.

I finally got around to scanning my plier abstractions.. yippee. They came out okay.. although some of the images you cannot tell what it is. (It could be a lamp, a fork, a marker, or pliers.. who knows. Heck, for all I know it's a pile of mashed potatoes.) I'd really appreciate someones feedback on them and also to see some others! Has anybody looked ahead at Part B, using Illustrator? I'm totally confused by it, but, I guess I'll figure it out as I did the other things. I've included some images of them... enjoy. :]
